Job Description
We are looking for a detail oriented person with excellent German language skills (English and Spanish desirable) to support, handle and manage cases in the customer service department. B2B and B2C customers
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
Follow up, trace and resolve incidents with B2C customers.
Resolving customer issues and reporting to the appropriate departments.
Attract new customers to our marketplaces by positively promoting the product and company, answering questions and resolving issues.
Respond to critical product-related issues and queries, escalating to appropriate internal departments as necessary.
Report on progress against objectives and present relevant metrics to management.
Required Qualifications
Fluent in German, native speaker level.
Optional: English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Strong, independent and rigorous self-starter with real listening, synthesis and structuring skills.
Self-motivated and responsible with a strong work ethic and sense of confidentiality.
You have a very good knowledge of the MS Office package and Excel files.

Gross monthly salary according to experience + bonus.
5-day working week
